Your Total Satisfaction is the Only Acceptable Outcome
Our refund and returns policy allows for returns of any unused product in the original package. Electrical Items are returnable; however a refund will not be issued until it is tested and verified in working condition.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items, this refund will be issued in the form of a company check mailed to your address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus the 15% restocking fee, and a company check issued and mailed to your address.
Late or missing refunds

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 620 Broad St, Berwick PA 18603.
I will evaluate it for damage/failure due to mishandling, improper installation or other issues not related to product defect. Exchanges will not be issued if the defect was caused by any of the above.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
