Trol automatic thermostat to steadily and quietly maintain temperatures inside the home. It eliminates the hot to cold cycles typically found with other alternative heating fuels.
Our state of the art tube type heat exchanger has shown to be 85-90% efficient without the need to be constantly cleaned to maintain its effectiveness. The Leisure Line heat exchanger design is more compact, allowing a smaller furnace footprint. The optional cold air box is easily configured for most applications. It uses a large standard 20”x20”x1” filter. The side flue outlet can be configured for left or right. The AK-220 has an 8” flue can be reduced to 7″ and a 20″ X 25″ Plenum outlet. Both furnaces are USA built and the Anthracite used to fuel each provides local jobs and supports the American economy.
The AK-180 dual feeder Anthracite stoker furnace is designed for a large home up to 3500 sq/ft. They can also be used in businesses such as green houses or even animal barns. It can also be used as a redundant feed system that can be simply operated as single or dual burner. The internal heating surface is approximately 34 square feet, which consists of 26 tubes transferring the heat from inside the furnace to your home. This model offers a large hopper capacity of 320lbs as standard providing long operating times between loadings.
